Groups and item assignments

User-created items (text notes, item type, optional quantity text, priority markers)

This information is stored locally on your device. It is not automatically transmitted to us as part of the core workflow. We do not receive or store this local content on our servers.

On-Device Storage

All dossier data, including notes, preferences, and any user-added images, remains on your device unless you choose to export, copy, or share it. The App does not automatically upload or sync this content to any remote location.

You can manage or remove this local data using the App's own features, through Android device settings, or by uninstalling the application.

User-Initiated Sharing and Export

The App allows you to generate draft export summaries from your local dossier content. This is an optional, user-initiated action. When you choose to export, copy, or share a summary, the App uses standard Android system actions, such as the share sheet, to let you send the content to another app, save it to a file, or attach it to an email.

This sharing happens only when you initiate it. The core workflow does not automatically transmit local content to the developer. Any external app or service you use to receive or store the shared content operates under its own privacy practices, which are not controlled by us.

External Actions

The App may provide links or actions that open external Android services, such as a web browser or an email client, when you select them. For example, you may be able to open our website or send an email to us.

These external services are provided by third parties and have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them. When you choose to contact us by email, the email client you use may transmit your message, and any information you include in it, according to its own privacy practices.

Use of Photos and Images

If you choose to add photos or screenshots to your dossiers, these images are stored locally on your device as part of the app's local data. They are not automatically uploaded to us or to any cloud service.

The app accesses only the images you explicitly select through the system photo picker or file manager for inclusion in your dossiers.

The App does not require login or account registration, and it does not use cloud synchronisation as part of the core workflow.

The App stores user-created dossiers and content locally on your device. This local content, including any personal information you choose to enter or attach, is not automatically transmitted to us as part of the core workflow.

Important Use Notice

The App is a local-only organiser. It does not provide live menu, booking, pricing, stock, or delivery systems.

Any export summaries you generate are draft organiser packs or grouped summaries created from your local content. They are not orders, confirmations, or official documents.

The information and outputs provided by the App are intended for informational and practical review purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, insurance, regulatory, or other expert advice.

Retention of Data

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's local data through Android settings, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Security

The security of your device and your local data is important. The app does not transmit local content to the developer as part of the core workflow.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for safeguarding any exported files or summaries you share with others.
